About Us
With a combined experience of over 65 years in the NHS, Jane and Simon bring expertise to consulting for charities, small businesses, and television production companies on health and staff-related issues in relation to holistic and systemic approaches to working together.
We specialise in navigating complex health, relational and group processes working collaboratively to develop strategies, way-finding solutions and concepts that make sense to all of us.
Openness, clarity, flexibility and honesty are our key approaches. We believe that every narrative is unique and should reflect the true essence of the organisations we work with. We will never take on work we do not think and feel we can make a real contribution to.
S E L J E is the Norwegian word for Willow. And as medical practitioners, links to people, place, land and all of life are our concern and focus. And Willows are varied, flexible and many make a substance close to Aspirin (salicin) that relieves pain and inflammation. And we, as S E L J E, aim to relieve, to work to reduce inflammation at the multiple levels we see this: in our bodies, relationships, systems and planet.
